I'm Serena Jones, a Real Estate Broker, manager, educator, and coach. My philosophy is simple: partnership and collaboration are the keys to success. I see each agent as a business partner and maintain an open door policy with a fully charged phone to answer any questions, big or small. With over two decades in construction and starting in real estate in 2011, I opened my boutique brokerage in 2017. Coaching and leading have become my passion, and I'm dedicated to helping agents grow their businesses. I stay involved in local and state committees to continually learn and improve.
